Aisha Hinds
Aisha Jamila Hinds is a famous American actress best known for the roles she played in TV series 'True Blood and The Shield.' From her appearance on the show in 2003 Aisha J. Hinds has proved her versatility as an actor through her stellar performances in the television shows like "9-1-1," "Detroit 18-7' as well as Under the Dome. She came under the spotlight initially for her portrayal of Anna in 'Assault of Precinct 13". In reality, it was the performance of her character as women's rights campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer from the biographical movie "All the way" that eventually earned her recognition as an actress. Hind's portrayal as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's historical drama "Underground" was also highly-acclaimed. She currently stars on the procedural drama series '9-1-1' in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta "Hen" Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed the show for a brand new season. Recently, Hind wrapped filming for the Hollywood film, 'Godzilla: King of the Monsters' that is scheduled to release mid-2019.
